Do I need a ticket or reservations?

No.  All Levitt Pavilion Pasadena summer concerts are completely ADMISSION-FREE.  No tickets are required.   

What seating is available? 

Our venue has open lawn seating on the lush green grounds of Memorial Park.  Seating is on a first come, first served basis.  Bench seating is also available, but is primarily reserved for seniors and disabled attendees. You may bring a blanket or low lawn chair.  To ensure visibility for all patrons, tall chairs or umbrellas are not permitted. 

Is the venue handicap accessible? 

Yes.  There is ramp access to all audience-designated areas.  There is bench seating available and an area for wheelchairs.  Handicapped permit parking spaces are available in the Memorial Park parking lot off Holly Street.  

Are children allowed on other nights besides Children’s Night?

Absolutely.  The Levitt Pavilion welcomes audience members of all ages on each of our concert nights. 

Are food and beverage available during the concert?  May I bring my own?

Yes.  Food vendors are present at each concert selling a variety of refreshments.  In addition, there are several restaurants, grocers, and fast food establishments in the area surrounding the park.  Click here for more information about dining in the area.  Attendees are welcome to bring picnics to enjoy during the concert.   

Is alcohol permitted?

No.  Alcohol is not permitted on park grounds. 

Are there restrooms at the park?

Yes.  Restrooms are located in the southeast area behind the band shell.  

What time do concerts start? 

Sound ordinances are different on weeknights and weekends, so our concerts start at varying times depending on the day of the week:

Is smoking allowed?

A city-wide ordinance was enacted in 2004, prohibiting smoking in public parks.  As such, smoking at Levitt Pavilion concerts is not allowed.   

Is there a lost and found?

Yes.  Lost items can be retrieved at the Information Booth. 

 Are pets allowed?

Yes.  Pets are allowed and encouraged, provided they are on a leash.   

 Where can I buy souvenir merchandise and artist CDs?

You can download artist tracks electronically by visiting the Levitt Store.  CDs are frequently sold at concerts by the artists themselves, oftentimes with the opportunity to request a signed copy.  Levitt Pavilion t-shirts and posters will be on sale at the Information Booth during the concerts.  Additional souvenir products are available for order online. 

 What else do I need to know before attending a concert?

• The area immediately surrounding the stage must be kept clear at all times. 
• Audience members are not allowed to go onstage.
• Unauthorized sales, solicitation of attendees, and distribution of materials are prohibited.
• Backstage areas are restricted to authorized personnel.
• Be aware of your personal items at all times.  The Levitt Pavilion does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
• Unoccupied blankets at the end of the evening will be subject to removal and may be collected at the lost and found at the Information Booth on the next concert evening. 
• Please help us keep Memorial Park clean and green by minimizing your waste and utilizing recyclable or reusable containers.

 I would like to perform at the Levitt!  How can I be considered?

Artists wishing to book our venue may visit the Artist Booking area of our website for information. 

 If I would like to sell goods at the concerts, how can I reserve booth space?

 Is the Levitt band shell available for rental during the year?

The Friends of the Levitt Pavilion office does not handle venue rentals. Contact the City of Pasadena Park Reservation Desk at (626) 744-4195 for rental information.
